I’m Michael Harrison. I live, work, and learn in Madison, Wisconsin. I have an awesome wife named Elizabeth. A social anthropologist by training, I now program websites for a living. I’m especially interested in the more “computer sciencey” topics in software development. I also spend a lot of time reading and writing fiction, traveling, learning how to cook new things, walking the dog, and continuing my ambivalent relationship with jogging.
I am a contract software developer. If you’re interested, I keep my resume up to date.
I have a bad twitter addiction. I post a lot about Ruby, Clojure, JavaScript, XP, data science, rock n’ roll, and obscure movie references. You may follow me at goodmike.
